& Conditions

  1. Use of the booking system and web pages is subject to our supplier’s terms and conditions, as detailed here: http://bookings.liveres.co.uk/tc.html

  2. Please be advised that by paying your booking deposit, you are agreeing to the T&Cs below.

  3. Your booking is not confirmed until a deposit payment has been made.

  4. For bookings of fewer than 20 people, your deposit is refundable up to 72 hours before your booking date as long as the cancellation is clearly communicated to a member of our team.

  5.  If your booking is for a group of 20 people or more, then your deposit is non-refundable.

  6.  If your deposit payment is not paid within 3 days of receiving your guest portal link, then your booking may be released. Please speak to the restaurant directly if you need more time to organise your deposit.

  7. The booking time is the time at which we will aim to seat you. If you wish to have a drink at the bar beforehand, please allow yourself time in advance of your allocated booking time.

  8. Please adhere to any finishing times given to you by the restaurant, these are due to other guests needing your table after you so we ask for your cooperation in vacating your tables at the agreed time.

  9. When required, all food and drinks pre-orders must be submitted at least 7 days before your event (unless otherwise agreed with the venue).

  10. Your guest portal will be locked automatically 72 hours prior to your event. If you do need to make changes past this time, please contact the venue directly.

  11. Final numbers must be confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to the event or as otherwise communicated.

  12. For no-shows or on-the-day cancellations, part of the deposit payment may be retained to cover the restaurant’s loss. This will be at the manager's discretion.

  13. Payment should be made in full on the day of the booking, unless agreed in advance with the restaurant. Any deposit will be redeemed against the outstanding balance payable.

  14. Payments will not be accepted after an event has taken place unless you are an authorised account holder.

  15. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate your seating requests, please be aware that large parties may be sat over more than one table.

  16. All items are subject to a discretionary gratuity and this will be automatically added to your bill. Gratuity is fairly distributed among the team who prepare and serve our meals, from the chef in the kitchen to the server at your table.

  17. All major credit cards are accepted, but please note that we are now cashless. VAT is included at the prevailing rate. 

  18. If you have any dietary requirements you would like to make us aware of, please leave a note on the pre-order.

  19. Some of our dishes contain olive stones, fish bones, nuts & nut derivatives : our menu descriptions do not list all ingredients or allergens. If you are concerned about allergens please contact the site who will be more than happy to assist you.

COVID-19 UPDATE – if your event is unable to go ahead due to government restrictions or guidelines relating to COVID-19 then we will either help you to move your booking to another time or to refund your deposit payment in full.
