At the heart of every one of our pubs and brasseries is a feeling of family, a home from home, both for our guests and for the people who work here.

Our founder, Raymond Blanc, is one of the UK’s most highly respected chefs, and opened his first brasserie in Oxford in 1990. In doing so, he fulfilled his ambition to make fresh seasonal French food accessible to everyone. Since then, we have taken his vision as our blueprint to grow our collection of White Brasserie pubs and Blanc Brasseries.

Alongside Raymond on this journey has been a highly experienced senior team whose passion radiates to every part of our business – from sourcing the best ingredients, to hiring the best people and setting the benchmark for real excellence in the sector.
